3-color letterpress printed oversized envelopes that were used for sending out mail order catalogs, with additional 4th run crossing out the P.O. Box address and adding a row of ornamental triangles and new street address below. Printed on light brown kraft envelopes from the United Kingdom with stylized “SAVAGE REPUBLIC PACKET POST” inscription at top left, IPR return address across the upper center of the envelope, and a 15 cent Savage Republic Packet Post stamp imprint at lower right. Ornamental imprint and “Another Independent Project Packet” printed on flap. A little over 1300 of the original envelopes were printed in May of 1987; this listing is for those overprinted later with a new address (see other listings for Version 1 for those non-overprinted envelopes).
